The location was great and the breakfast decent.
Extremly small room, good only for sleeping. No soundproof. No remote for TV.The receptionist was not very friendly and we did not like their policy of paying all the amount in advance. The receipt was given only on our demand.GBP 5 for luggage storage!!!!!!!
Very small room (we had a room with a double bed, one side against the wall, at the other side you had 40 cm of space) - too small for two persons. Breakfast room was also very small. Breakfast itself was poor (toast, jam, cheese, instant coffee, thea, cornflaks)
The hotel has just been renovated. Everything is new and clean. Beds are good, bathroom is included. No traffic noise (in a quiet side street). 5 minutes away from subway and bus stations. 24h supermarket very close!
Small rooms. staff could be a little more friendly. breakfast without any variety, but all in all definitely worth the price and recommended for people who just want a clean, quiet place to sleep without any luxury
Excellent location with easy access to London city attractions via walking, tube, bus or taxi. Rooms compact but recently refurbished to high quality and modern specification. All at very low cost.
Room was small, but with hindsight for the cost, location and standard was only to be expected.
It was new, smelled new. Location was quiet and sure. Also close to the tube. The food was fair.
Small room, without a chair; good only if you don't spend time in hotel and come late for sleep - otherwise the small space will bother you. Not net connection.
location, new furnitures (comfortable new mattresses) and good working new shower
rude staff needing customer service training, very small room, half refurbished (no mirror, no chair, no TV)
Almost everything was OK.It was clean , it was in a very good location near the tube station. The room was very small for 4 people 3 bed+cot, actually it supposed to be for 3 persons but it was value for the money we pay.
The breakfast was not so good.
the receptionist (Rod) was excellenct went out of his way to be helpful, location was also excellant as it was a 5 minute walk to the underground. Hotel had only been open for 5 days as it was a brand new fit out. Therefore everything was brand new.
Rooms extremely small, booked a double room and got 2 single beds pushed together. Our room was in the basement next door to the dining room, therefore from 6.30am onwards it was extremely noisey, breakfast was below average all you get is cornflakes and toast and the dining room was far to small and unable to sit all guests, kitchen staff not friendly at all.
Sounds picky but the sink is directly under the Mirrored cabinet and if you stand upto brush your teetch you will miss the bowl, you have to get on your knees (In the room I was in)
The room was clean.
i did not use wifi internet though I researved beforehand. It was very critical for me. And also the staff or owner was not friendly.
The staff, thru all the chaos both Ash and Usaf were extremely helpful and accomodating. It was opening day so despite everything they kept us smiling!
Nicely refurbished, great location. Room was clean but then again it was brand new so this may not be any indication regarding future cleanliness.
Refurbishment was still ongoing, I was staying there the 1st night the hotel was open. Many things not completed. Some (or all) of these may be teething problems, but maybe also not: staff not exactly friendly and helpful, internet and safe not working, no remote for TV which is high up on the wall, had to ask several times for cups - when they came they had obviously not been washed. Rooms assigned twice. Clearly no teething problems: you can hear the noise from all neighbouring rooms very well. Breakfast (at no additional cost) is a bit poor (toast, juice, jam, butter, cheese, corn flakes). Luggage storage at GBP 5 per room a real rip-off. Room very small and with no chair/sofa/other possibility to sit on except for the bed.
Location - Earl's Court is very well covered with underground trains and busses, and it is in the 1st zone! It is in a smaller side road so it is even in a quieter area.
Type of shower... And warm water took some time to arrive if I was the first to have a shower (I was in a double room).
Great location, close to the tube station and easy to find. Located on Picadilly and District lines.
The room was very very small and I can't believe the remote control was £20. The breakfast was not good, I had to buy each morning something to eat from the corner shop. The bathroom was very small and I could easy hear the noise from all rooms.
Nothing good. Only the location.
It was really the worse hotel I stay in my life. The rooms are very very small. Personal of the hotel is rude, didn´t help in anything. The breakfast was so bad, in a very small room, not enough for the people in the hotel. The last day I must pay to let the bags just feww hours. There is no lift and no one help to take the bags to the rooms... 3 floors upstairs!!!!! Really bad!!! Please, don´t go there!!!!!
